Systems Engineer (New ramp-up in Bucharest)

Their platform has evolved to deliver a secure, central repository for all documents/contracts to be stored, shared and worked across an organization. They do this seamlessly via desktop, mobile, API and partner applications like Salesforce. Of course they go far beyond standard contract and document management. The company's core is an advanced workflow engine destined to automate manual tasks and complex processes to ensure accuracy and speed time-to-revenue. Sales-driven businesses use their platform to optimize collaboration and processes across Sales, Legal but also to increase efficiency when dealing with prospects and customers.


Our client is looking for a Systems Engineer to join their Global Operations Center team. The candidate will be responsible for proactively monitoring the performance and availability of all aspects of their infrastructure. He will analyze and classify alerts, taking appropriate action to resolve any first level issues and working with senior engineers to resolve escalated tickets.
The candidate will take ownership of customer impacting issues and coordinate regular updates until the issue is resolved, documenting root causes and creating knowledge base articles for other members of the team.
He will review resolved issues for recurring issues and trends, and track planned improvements through to completion.


o Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
o 3+ years' experience administering and supporting Windows or Linux servers (some knowledge of both is desirable)
o 1+ years' experience supporting complex, distributed applications
o Strong understanding of web-based applications and technologies
o Proficient using monitoring and diagnostics tools to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot software and network issues
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
o Excellent analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
o Self-motivated with good decision-making abilities

o Experience configuring and managing Zabbix
o Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, BASH, Shell, Python, Ruby
