Product Owner (New ramp-up in Bucharest)

Our platform manages contracts, documents and all types of content, accelerating productivity for fast moving organizations using Salesforce.com. They serve over 600 clients globally and are led by a seasoned team of entrepreneurs that have built other successful companies. They have raised more than $45M in growth capital from leading VCs in Silicon Valley and elsewhere.
As a Product Owner, you will be a strong technology evangelist responsible for driving the development of our future platform roadmap. The right candidate will work closely with our agile engineering teams to translate our current and future roadmaps to epics, milestones and stories with a focus on availability, performance, scale and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
o Use external (customer, analysts, prospects, etc.) and internal (sales, marketing, customer success, etc.) resources for new product features and enhancements.
o Oversee the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
o Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adapting inventory levels.
o Work hands on with design and marketing teams to implement and build out new product features.
o Define and analyze key metrics that will inform decision-making and measure success of product driven initiatives.
o Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or MBA would be a plus.
o At least 5 years experience in Product Management of document centric platforms.
o A team focused individual with collaboration skills able to work with diverse teams across the organization.
o Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit.
o Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand best practices and application architecture when building a platform rather than an application.
o Successful track record of defining and delivering products driven by proactive customer research, including defining global needs, position and go-to-market.
o Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
o Strong collaboration skills, integrity, accountability and enthusiasm for the team and business is a must!
