With operational plants based in Arad (1999); Bistrita (2002) and Pitesti (2005) they are in a continual growth as an output of their high level of customer orientation through innovative technology.

At the moment, their main global priority is to setup an efficient organization, harmonized processes and a state-of-the art IT system, by rolling out globally harmonized and standardized HR core processes, by implementing Shared Service Centers (SSC), giving the company a new HR organization and a clear governance model and by providing a global leading state-of-the-art IT-system for all HR master data.

The establishment of Process Factory in Cluj is the main reason why they currently need a Specialized Developer to join their team, focused on SAP HCM module.

Your Challenge
• Technical Customizing and development of HR Processes & Forms (FPM), workflows and interfaces to integrated SSF system;
• Custom developments for integration of document composer (XFT or open text) and eFile (XFT), as well as interfaces to SAP CRM system;
• Technical Customizing and development of NWBC ESS / MSS;
• Analyze business requirements, design technical solution approach and create sophisticated solution document;
• Conduct trainings and Know-How transfer for team members and end users;
• Assurance of ongoing operation (improvements, error fixing, SP implementation);

Your Qualification
• University degree in the field of computer science, business or a related subject or similar experience;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in at least one of the following areas;
- ABAP, ABAP-OO, SAP Enhancement Framework, SAP Workflow, SAP WebDypro ABAP;
- SAP HCM with in-depth insights into the Shared Service Framework (SSF), ideally from CRM perspective;
- HR Processes & Forms, SAP Netweaver Business Client, SAP interface technology, ESS and MSS;
- Technical knowledge and understanding of HR processes, master data and their implementation in SAP HCM in a SSC context;
- Experience with ALE interface technology;
- Ideally experienced in connecting an electronic personnel file and associated archive systems (for example, Xft, Open Text);
• Structured and methodical approach
• Knowledge in Projectwork (Requirements analysis, technical concept creation, customizing, testing/ UAT support, go-live support)
• Analytical ability to analyze complex technical issues throughout integrated system landscape
• Ability to conduct trainings and lead other team members
• Excellent communication and team skills
• Very good command of English language - spoken and written
• Mobility and willingness to travel to company HQ in Nürnberg, Germany (approximately 25% of activity);
