SAP CRM Consultant (Cluj based)

Their products have various applications - in cars, computers and household devices and even trams and their customers include well-known automotive companies.
In Romania they already have more than 15.000 employees, being one of the top employers in the Romanian automotive industry. With operational plants based in Arad (1999); Bistrita (2002) and Pitesti (2005) they are in a continual growth as an output of their high level of customer orientation through innovative technology.
At the moment, their main global priority is to setup an efficient organization, harmonized processes and a state-of-the art IT system, by rolling out globally harmonized and standardized HR core processes, by implementing Shared Service Centers (SSC), giving the company a new HR organization and a clear governance model and by providing a global leading state-of-the-art IT-system for all HR master data.
The establishment of Process Factory in Cluj is the main reason why they currently need a Specialized Consultant to join their team, focused on SAP CRM module.
Technical Customizing of checklists, rules, authorizations, IC WebClient (AET enhancements, views, business roles, etc.) in SAP CRM 7.x Service/ ITSM scenario;
Technical Customizing of transaction types, status management, text management, Partner-Management, Date management, e-mail management, Organizational Model, Business Partners etc. SAP CRM 7.x Service/ ITSM scenario;
Analyze business requirements, design technical solution approach and create sophisticated solution document;
Conduct trainings and Know-How transfer for team members and end users ;
Assurance of ongoing operation (improvements, error fixing, SP implementation);
University degree in the field of computer science, business or a related subject or similar experience;
At least 3 years of professional experience in at least one of the following areas;
- SAP CRM 7.x with insights into Service/ ITSM scenario ideally with Shared Service Center Framework (SSF) knowledge;
- SAP CRM Customizing (Checklists, Rules,Transactions, AET)
- Technical knowledge and understanding of SSC processes and master data in SAP CRM / HCM;
Structured and methodical approach;
Knowledge in Projectwork (Requirements analysis, technical concept creation, customizing, testing/ UAT support, go-live support);
Analytical ability to analyze complex technical issues througout integrated system landscape
Ability to conduct trainings and lead other team members
Excellent communication and team skills
Very good command of English language - spoken and written
Mobility and willingness to travel to company HQ in Nürnberg, Germany (approximately 25% of activity)
